Nati Boutique, a rapidly growing boutique retailer, is looking for experienced and service-oriented Sales Associates to join our amazing team at the Venice flagship store on Abbot Kinney!
At this time, we are considering both long-term candidates as well as seasonal staff (May through September).
As a Sales Associate, you will assist customers with their shopping needs and ensure a top-notch experience from start to finish while driving sales. Our fun-loving and hardworking team has a passion for fashion and genuinely love engaging with our customers in an effort to build relationships.

Responsibilities
- Deliver the highest level of customer service while maintaining expert-level product knowledge.
- Merchandising and Styling.
- Actively guide customers through the entire shopping journey while providing a positive and uplifting experience.
- Demonstrate a positive and warm attitude that encourages a strong sense of cohesiveness and teamwork.
- Assist with go-backs, restocking items and overall inventory management and organization of the store.
- Accurately execute end-of-day settlements and store-closing duties when necessary.
- Minimum one year of fashion retail sales experience for a high-volume retailer, preferred.
- A passion and true talent for Sales. We need top sellers, with a positive, can-do attitude, and a proactive mindset.
- Understanding of sales techniques and best practices in customer service.
- Must have open availability to work regular weekend shifts and some holidays.
- A positive, outgoing, and engaging personality - able to initiate contact with the customers and identify their shopping needs.
- Desire and motivation to go above and beyond the call of duty - proactive rather than reactive mindset.
- Must be able to stand for 8 hours, carry up to 50lbs with or without reasonable accommodation.
