Responsibilities:
- Provide direct support to individual with developmental disabilities
- Assist with daily living activities, including personal care, meal preparation, and medication administration
- Provide care and engage in recreational activities with individuals as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized living environment

Qualifications:
- Previous experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities is preferred
- Ability to provide compassionate care and support to individuals with diverse needs
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team
- Willingness to learn and adapt to the needs of individuals
- Ability to perform heavy lifting and physical tasks as required
