Natera is Hiring a Remote Director, Women's Health Training

POSITION SUMMARY:

The Director, Women's Health Training leads and conducts sales training for multiple products in the Women's Health business unit. Develops the content specifications of courses and the content and execution of sales training meetings.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop and execute highly engaging new-hire sales training, sales training programs, and continuing education on all Women's Health products for a sales team of 300 .
  • Lead, plan and execute annual "global sales meeting" training and organization.
  • Lead, plan and execute "business unit sales meetings" training and organization.
  • Lead and assist in developing the content of live clinical product training and sales skills training (in person, via Zoom and hybrid).
  • Localize and implement global programs in order to scale sales training across the market, based on the team needs and market dynamics.
  • Establish positive working relationships and collaborate with product, marketing, sales, medical departments and others to align on messaging for sales success.
  • Understand competitive market space and train sales to succeed in highly competitive markets.
  • Fully proficient on Natera sales process.
  • Design PowerPoint slides and voice record LMS content and recordings.
  • Work with the sales leadership team across the organization to understand sales needs for content and training design.
  • Lead, oversee, and support the Women's Health training team members by providing guidance, coaching, and career development.
  • Spend time in the field with sales professionals to help them develop, provide feedback, and better understand the needs of sales regarding training.
  • Work with the executive team to understand KPI's and training tactics to achieve corporate success.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent. Background in medical or biological sciences.

  • Minimum of 10 years related experience in the Laboratory Diagnostics Industry (diagnostic sales or sales management, sales training etc.) including 3-years of sales training experience.

  • Prior management experience required.

  • Previous field experience in sales or customer facing role is preferred.

  • Prior experience performing work in a Learning Management System (LMS).


KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:

  • Technical understanding of Natera's products and services.

  • Advanced understanding of sales processes.

  • Effective attention to detail, even when the task is time sensitive.

  • Ability to problem-solve and resolve challenges in a timely, professional manner.

  • Organized and able to manage multiple deadlines and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

  • Ability to work both independently, with a team, and collaborate cross-functionally to meet deadlines.

  • Effective written and oral communication skills.

  • Dynamic presenter and educator with a keen understanding of adult learning principles.

  • Ability to adapt to change in an evolving environment.

  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

  • Proficient with or the ability to quickly adapt to programs like Zoom, Showpad, etc.

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and photo editing tools like Adobe Photoshop, Microsoft Paint, and Windows Snipping Tool.

The pay range is listed and actual compensation packages are based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, years & depth of experience, certifications and specific office location. This may differ in other locations due to cost of labor considerations.
