POSITION SUMMARY:
The Director, Women's Health Training leads and conducts sales training for multiple products in the Women's Health business unit. Develops the content specifications of courses and the content and execution of sales training meetings.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent. Background in medical or biological sciences.
Minimum of 10 years related experience in the Laboratory Diagnostics Industry (diagnostic sales or sales management, sales training etc.) including 3-years of sales training experience.
Prior management experience required.
Previous field experience in sales or customer facing role is preferred.
Prior experience performing work in a Learning Management System (LMS).
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:
Technical understanding of Natera's products and services.
Advanced understanding of sales processes.
Effective attention to detail, even when the task is time sensitive.
Ability to problem-solve and resolve challenges in a timely, professional manner.
Organized and able to manage multiple deadlines and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to work both independently, with a team, and collaborate cross-functionally to meet deadlines.
Effective written and oral communication skills.
Dynamic presenter and educator with a keen understanding of adult learning principles.
Ability to adapt to change in an evolving environment.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Proficient with or the ability to quickly adapt to programs like Zoom, Showpad, etc.
Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and photo editing tools like Adobe Photoshop, Microsoft Paint, and Windows Snipping Tool.
