Responsibilities:
- Manage and respond to online sales inquiries promptly and professionally
- Utilize retail math skills to calculate pricing, discounts, and promotions
- Communicate effectively with customers via phone, email, and chat
- Conduct outbound sales calls to potential customers
- Assist with inventory control and management of online product listings
- Market products effectively through various online platforms
- Negotiate pricing and terms with customers to close sales
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process
- Collaborate with the sales management team to meet sales targets

Qualifications:
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient in using online marketplaces and e-commerce platforms
- Knowledge of inventory control systems and processes
- Excellent math skills for pricing calculations and discounts
- Ability to negotiate effectively with customers
- Experience in outbound sales is preferred
- Exceptional customer service skills
