Natalia Darancou Law, PLLC is Hiring an Immigration Attorney Near Richardson, TX

Job Overview:

At the Natalia Darancou Law Firm, we are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Attorney to join our legal team. We are a small but rapidly growing firm. You will have the opportunity to work closely with an experienced attorney and knowledgeable and competent staff.

Our goal as a firm is to make a difference in the lives of our clients by providing highly competent service in a compassionate manner.

We mostly serve the hispanic community. So, Spanish is a strong preference.

As an Attorney, you will be responsible for providing legal advice and representation to clients in various legal matters. We handle the full range of family-based matters and removal defense. This is a full-time position. Our preference is for an attorney with 1-2 years of immigration experience.

Duties:

- Conduct legal research and analysis on various immigration issues

- Write and prepare legal documents, including contracts, briefs, and pleadings

- Represent clients in court proceedings and hearings

- Provide legal advice and guidance to clients

- Collaborate with other attorneys and legal professionals on case strategies

- Stay updated on changes in laws and regulations relevant to the practice area

Qualifications:

- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school

- Admitted to practice law

- Strong research, writing, and analytical skills

- Ability to negotiate effectively on behalf of clients

- Strong attention to detail and ability to analyze complex legal issues.

- Experience in drafting legal documents, including contracts and pleadings

- Ability to litigate cases in court

- Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus and preferred.
