Project Tasks : Customer is a Compellant customer and is moving to PowerStore which is new to the customer's tech team. Customer has separate services to have the Compellant data migrated to the new PowerStore equipment, the plan is to have the resident start once this is completed.

Below listed the experience/tasks the resident will need:

• Day to day administration task/activities with PowerStore
• Storage provisioning and zoning
• Review IT processes and policies (Incident, capacity, performance and change management)
• Provide storage utilization and performance reporting
• System monitoring (system alerts, system logs, optimization etc.)
• General troubleshooting/optimization
• Open and support all Dell support tickets, take the lead to work with support to resolve any issues
• Review IT processes and policies (incident, capacity, change management etc.)
• Monitors, reviews, and manage environment to identify areas of improvement following Dell EMC best practice
• Conducts knowledge transfer to address the Customer's skills and resource gaps as well as technology recommendations.
• Resident needs to be confident and proactive in providing best practice recommendations to the customer
• Resident is expected to be self-directed, take the lead in the customer's environment and be able to accomplish tasks with little to no direction

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $50.00 - $55.00 per hour
