Customer Service Sales Support Full-time
Summary: Food Distributor is looking for an experienced, professional with 2 years of proven experience in a Customer Service role. The ideal candidate will have a Sales Support background, strong Microsoft Excel skills, and a proven track record as a Customer Service Specialist. The individual in this role will be responsible for answering incoming calls and emails, fielding Customer/Sales team questions and complaints, and processing return authorizations and credits. The role requires the qualified candidate to possess a polished and professional demeanor, independent working skills as well as team-oriented adaptability, and a strong focus on attention to detail while remaining highly motivated.
Shift:
Monday to Thursday 9:00am to 6:00pm
Friday 9:00am to 3:00pm
Responsibilities/Job Duties:
- Process Customer return authorizations and credits
- Prompt missing cases investigation(s)
- Assist Accounts Receivable team with Customer deductions
- Complete daily Mobile Conductor credit review
- Process vendor credits
- Take, enter, and/or modify Customer orders
- Provide answers/support to Customers and Sales team inquiries
- Answer incoming calls and emails
- Redirect Customers to appropriate teams and/or departments as needed
- Ad hoc projects as needed
Required Qualifications:
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite with strong Excel skills highly preferred
- Good telecommunication skills; i.e. polished and professional demeanor, excellent active listening skills.
- Strong attention to detail
