Nassau Financial Federal Credit Union is Hiring a Relationship Specialist (Sales - Banking) Near Hempstead, NY
Responsibilities:
- Conduct phone interviews to develop information concerning a member’s financial need and cross-sell all products and /or services including those of Credit Union affiliated partners.
- Respond appropriately, accurately and timely to member questions and requests. Accountable for the appropriate and timely response and resolution to member issues and concerns. Insert notes in CRM tool, as necessary.
- Maintain, document and update all call outcomes in system databases and CRM tool (Synapsys) Follow up on initial contacts.
- Conduct pre-call planning for all outbound calls. Analyze Member accounts and status on lists (i.e.; post loan funding, auto loan expiring, no personal loans, anniversary, etc.) to offer products and services that will improve the Member’s financial well-being. Rotate lists based on performance.
