We are seeking a Property Management Assistant to become a part of our team! You will help operate and maintain the properties we provide to guests visiting Nashville. Interaction with guests and helping problem solve issues that may occur during a stay is what the job entails.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and coordinate check-ins and check-outs
• Advertising and marketing properties
• Investigate and resolve guest complaints
• Update and improve properties to increase return on investment
• Ensure all work order and repair requests are processed in a timely fashion
• Interact and communicate well with owners and other staff members
• Enforce property and associations' rules and regulations
• Coordinate with vendors and repair techs to ensure property standards
• Inspect properties, deliver supplies and maintain general operations of inventory

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in property management or other related fields
• STR (Short Term Rental) Management experience
• Familiarity with the Nashville area
• Ability to build rapport with guests, clients and co-workers
• Ability to multitask and prioritize
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
