YOUR LIFE AS AN AUTOMOTIVE PRODUCT SPECIALIST - SALES REP

This full-time auto position works during retail business hours.

As an Automotive Product Specialist - Sales Rep at our car dealership, you crush your goal of selling or leasing a minimum of 8 units per month. As customers enter our showroom or sales lot, you approach, greet, and offer your assistance. After asking questions and listening carefully to their needs, you help them select a vehicle that they will love. You fully explain product performance, application, and benefits as well as describe all optional equipment to customers and provide test drives to help them get a feel of the vehicle.

Once a deal is closed, you accurately complete paperwork for our finance and insurance manager. Establishing personal income goals that are consistent with our dealership's standards of productivity helps you grow as a salesperson. As requested by the sales manager, you attend product and sales training courses as well as stay updated on new products, features, and accessories. Your passion for the job shines through in every customer interaction you engage in, and it brings you great fulfillment to know you serve in such an important role with our car dealership!

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU

• Possess a genuine attitude, desire, worth ethic, and high level of competency
• Ability to work retail hours, which could result in 10-12 hour days

• Valid driver's license
• Excellent customer service skills
