We are seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent to join our team. As a Construction Superintendent, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing construction projects from start to finish. This is a key leadership role that requires strong organizational and communication skills. Must speak English and Portuguese or Spanish and have high end real estate construction experience. Construction Supervisor License and Carpentry Skills are a plus. Manage project schedules and coordinate deliveries of materials and equipment. Proven experience as a Construction Superintendent or similar role. Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and safety standards
