Nash Chevrolet Auto Body Shop & Collision Center in Lawrenceville, GA is an 'I-Car Gold Class' repair facility, an authorized 'Direct Repair Facility' for most major insurance companies, and repairs all makes and models of vehicles. We need to hire an EXPERIENCED Office Administrator to support our daily operations. Auto Body Shop/Auto Dealership Office Administrator experience is preferred.

Responsibilities - Experienced Body Shop Office Administrator:

• Perform administrative tasks to support the auto body shop's daily operations
• Greet customers and schedule vehicle delivery and pick-up
• Close repair orders
• Work with insurance adjusters and our in-house estimators
• Keep customers informed about completion times, costs, and changes
• Assist customers with rental vehicles
• Update calls daily
• Maintain relationships with partners and vendors
• Other duties may be assigned

Requirements - Experienced Body Shop Office Administrator:

• Auto Body Shop/Auto Dealership Office Admin Experience is preferred
• Able to read and understand auto body shop estimates
• Good communication, customer service, and computer skills
• Ability to multi-task
