- Keep buildings in clean and orderly condition: Ensure that all areas of the building are clean and well-maintained, including offices, common areas, and restrooms.
- Clean, sanitize, and maintain bathrooms: Use specific procedures and products to clean and sanitize restrooms ensuring a high level of hygiene and cleanliness.
- Dust, polish, and wipe Furniture: Regularly dust, polish, and wipe down furniture and fixtures to maintain their appearance.
- Empty and wash garbage bins: Empty trash receptacles, wash them when necessary, and handle recycling procedures in accordance with guidelines.
- Perform heavy cleaning duties: Undertake heavy-duty cleaning tasks such as cleaning floors, shampooing rugs, and removing stubborn stains.
- Properly use and maintain power equipment: Operate power equipment and tools safely and maintain them in good working conditions to ensure safety and efficiency.
- Secure building and doors: Ensure that the building and its doors are properly secured when not in use to maintain security.
