Due to a new partnership, we have seen rapid growth and are in immediate need of a lively and team-oriented Customer Support Trainee to join our Customer Service and Sales Department. This is a front-facing position and is an integral part to the growth and expansion of our partnership with a community outreach telecommunications program.
Summary of the Customer Support Trainee Position: The Customer Support Trainee is the direct point of contact, or “front line,” to our consumer base. From providing accurate and timely answers to going step by step through the sales process, the Customer Support Representative needs to be energetic and organized to deliver an unforgettable experience that keeps our customers coming back!
