Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Corporate Controller to join our team. As a Corporate Controller, you will be responsible for overseeing all financial activities of the company, ensuring compliance with GAAP and regulatory reporting requirements. You will play a crucial role in financial management and decision-making processes.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee the accounting operations of the company, including general ledger accounting, financial reporting, and budgeting
- Prepare accurate and timely financial statements in accordance with GAAP
- Develop and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure compliance
- Monitor and analyze financial performance, providing insights and recommendations to senior management
- Collaborate with external auditors to ensure successful completion of annual audits
- Lead the preparation of annual budgets and forecasts, working closely with department heads to align financial goals with business objectives
- Oversee cash flow management, including monitoring cash balances, forecasting cash needs, and optimizing working capital
- Stay updated on changes in accounting regulations and industry best practices, implementing necessary changes to ensure compliance
- Manage relationships with banks, lenders, and other financial institutions
- Supervise a team of accounting professionals, providing guidance and support as needed

Skills:
- Strong financial acumen and understanding of accounting principles (GAAP)
- Proficiency in general ledger accounting and financial statement preparation
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data
- Knowledge of regulatory reporting requirements
- Familiarity with accounting software systems specifically Sage 300 Construction & Real Estate
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data analysis
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

Pay: $80,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
