Job Overview:
We are seeking a friendly and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Host/Cashier. As a Host/Cashier, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing excellent customer service and ensuring a positive dining experience. This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

Responsibilities:
- Greet guests with a warm and friendly welcome
- Seat guests and manage the waitlist
- Provide accurate wait times and communicate any delays to guests
- Answer phone calls and assist with reservations or inquiries
- Handle cash transactions and operate the POS system
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host/host station
- Assist servers with various tasks as needed
- Ensure guest satisfaction by addressing any concerns or issues promptly

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in guest services or hospitality preferred
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with guests and team members
- Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with Aloha POS system is a plus
- Must be able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
