Responsibilities:

• Provide outstanding customer service to all guests during brunch service.
• Take orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring guests' preferences and dietary restrictions are accommodated.
• Serve food and beverages promptly, maintaining high presentation standards.
• Monitor guests' needs and ensure a positive dining experience from start to finish.
• Handle payments and process transactions, including service charges.
• Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure seamless service.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a server in a restaurant setting preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Japanese cuisine and beverages is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
• Availability to work weekends and holidays, especially during brunch hours.
• Uniform: Black button-up shirt, black slacks, black non-slip shoes (no Crocs). Hair should be neat in appearance.
