Job Summary:
The Napleton Beaver Dam Chevy Buick GMC is looking for a full-time Service Advisor to join their team in Beaver Dam, Wisconsin. Busy Energetic Shop! This position will be responsible for ensuring the best possible customer satisfaction as it relates to automotive service. Candidates should have a strong knowledge of all automotive applications as well as excellent customer service and communication skills. Excellent work environment. Compensation & Benefits:
The salary for this full-time position is $65,000 - $90,000/ year paid weekly depending on experience and performance. Service Advisor Responsibilities:

• Greet customers promptly
• Obtain customer and vehicle information
• Clearly report all vehicle symptoms as described by the customer
• Determine and recommend maintenance base on age, mileage and history of vehicle
• Prepare a complete and accurate estimate of cost for labor and parts
• Establish follow up time
• Monitor the progress of each vehicle throughout the day, and update customers frequently
• Verify that the final invoice reconciles with the work performed on the repair order
• Explain all completed work and charges to customers

Service Advisor Requirements:

• Proven record of achieving exceptional customer satisfaction
• Past experience as a service advisor, assistant lane manager or service consultant
• Very energetic personality 
• A desire for a long-term career with a growing organization
• Personal and professional integrity
• Computer skills and willingness to learn new programs
