Responsibilities:
- Assist healthcare providers in documenting patient encounters and medical histories.
- Accurately transcribe medical information, including symptoms, diagnoses, and treatment plans.
- Organize and maintain patient records, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with HIPAA regulations.
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure accurate and complete documentation.
- Manage administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments and coordinating referrals.
- Prepare and maintain medical supplies and equipment.

Skills:
- Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Proficient in medical terminology and knowledge of ophthalmology or emergency medicine.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of patient information.
