The Afterhours Truckload Coverage Representative supports the Mechanicsburg office. This position works independently to provide solutions to issues that occur outside of regular business hours. We are flexible with the schedule- and could work with either of the below options.

• Friday-Saturday-Sunday: 12 Hour Days
• Friday-Monday: 10 Hour Days

Essential Functions and Responsibilities:

• Provide inbound & outbound call center support to drivers, carriers & customers during and outside of normal business hours.
• Determine & execute solutions for failed or open shipments/orders in all regions.
• Accurately enter and maintain up to date information on a continuous basis in TMW.
• Utilize load boards to match freight with carrier capacity to drive efficiency, speed & volume of loads covered. (DAT, TruckerTools, TruckStop.com).
• Provide consistent and exceptional service levels to all customers (Internal Customers, External Customers, Carriers, and Drivers).
• Ensure all check calls are up to date prior to the end of day, daily. This includes dispatching all orders and updating shipper & consignee arrival/departures.
• Meet or exceed customer and company expectations for Trucker Tools tracking compliance.
• Performs other responsibilities as determined by business needs.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

• 2-3 years; experience in logistics, sales or a related field preferred.
• High School Diploma or GED required. Bachelors’ degree preferred or commensurate experience.

• Friday-Saturday-Sunday: 12 Hour Days

• Friday-Monday: 10 Hour Days
