• Operating and managing a store on a daily basis and driving store growth, sales, and profitability
• Demonstrating true leadership with vision, collaboration, trust, respect, and effectiveness
• Creating a strong store culture where everyone excels
• Identifying and perusing opportunities for more customers and revenue
• Helping employees, especially outside sales, identify, develop, and maintain goals and projects
• Leading a store to its highest potential of customer service, quality, and efficiency
• Display overall neatness, responsibility, and passion while serving your team and customers
• Communicating with employees, customers, and DC’s
• Monitoring store sales and profit performance
• Plan schedules for employees and coordinate deliveries
• Maintain a safe work environment including work vehicles

WHAT YOU’LL NEED –

• Minimum two years of supervisor experience
• Experience in the automotive aftermarket industry
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• A desire to lead others with respect, trust, and vision
• Attention to detail and strong organization skills
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced, changing environments
• Positive attitude and professional conduct/appearance
• Valid driver’s license
