Job Overview:
We are seeking experienced and knowledgeable individuals to join our team as Napa Auto Parts Countermen. As a Counterman, you will play a crucial role in assisting customers with their automotive parts needs and providing exceptional customer service. Duties:
- Assist customers in finding the right automotive parts for their vehicles
- Use computer systems to look up and locate parts
- Provide accurate and detailed information about parts, including pricing and availability
- Process customer orders and handle cash transactions
- Maintain inventory levels by stocking shelves and conducting regular inventory checks
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient operations of the parts department
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns in a professional manner
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends

Experience:
- Previous experience as an Auto Parts Counterman or in a similar role is preferred
- Strong knowledge of automotive parts, including familiarity with Napa Auto Parts products
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with customers
- Proficient computer skills, including experience with parts lookup systems
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to maintain accurate inventory records
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
