Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
· Pull parts for all delivery orders including stock orders and store transfers
· Assign deliveries to delivery drivers so that customers receive parts in the most efficient way as quickly as possible
· Arrange for basic vehicle maintenance and notify store manager when more extensive repairs are needed
· Use NAPA Delivery Tracking system, where available, to ensure that deliveries are being accomplished in the most accurate and efficient ways
· Lead the delivery team for daily success, delegate tasks when it would increase efficiency and productivity
· Assist in parts delivery when necessary
· Speak with the manager or with customers to resolve issues and answer questions
· Participate in training as provided
· Be able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and possibly holidays
· Check in all freight received from interstore transfers and relay service
· Communicate customer feedback or competitive activity
· All other duties as assigned by the store manager
Physical Demands/Working Environment
· Must be able to stand for long periods of time
· Must be able to lift 50 pounds safely without assistance
· Able to work in a fast-paced environment
· Must be able to squat, climb, bend, reach above shoulder level, kneel, push and pull
· Long periods of time spent working on a computer
