Seeking an automotive parts sales associate who has experience in the automotive industry and well-developed customer service skills to work in our Topsham location. Our NAPA stores value quality employees who can provide our customers with the best purchasing experience.

What you will do:

• Personally welcome customers as they walk into the store and promptly answer phones
• Develop meaningful relationships with the customers to encourage trust and loyalty
• Use electronic and printed catalogs, and the latest technology, to retrieve the correct parts information for the customer’s needs
• Educate the customer on the features and benefits of our products, current promotions and warranty information
• Stock shelves, front product on shelves, and update planograms, price labels and other tasks as assigned by the store manager
• Understand and demonstrate parts knowledge to our customers
• Attend training for professional growth to gain knowledge that will advance both you and the company

Physical Requirements of the job:

• Must be able to stand for long periods of time
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds safely without assistance
• Must be able to squat, climb, bend, reach above shoulder level, kneel, push and pull
• Long periods of time spent working on a computer
