What you’ll be doing:
· Driving store growth, increase sales, and profitability
· Learning the ins and outs of managing our locally owned (store name)
· Providing daily leadership to employees and creating a store culture like no other
· Demonstrating a pleasant and helpful personality when assisting customers
· Deepening your knowledge about the retail auto parts and service environment
· Looking for unique and new ways that will help our store reach its goals
· Build, coach, train and engage your team to deliver high-class customer service
· Display overall neatness, responsibility and passion while serving your team and customers
· Develop customer relationships through positive, friendly attitudes and consistent communication
What you’ll need
· Willingness to learn about the retail automotive industry and how to assist customers
· Have a high school diploma or equivalent. Technical/trade school degree courses or degree
· A desire to lead with vision, collaboration, trust, respect, and effectiveness
· Inclination to learn about our cataloging, inventory management, and other computer systems
· Passionate about serving customers and building long term relationships in your community
· Strong desire to expand your knowledge and skills
· Ability to thrive and lead others well in a fast-paced and exciting work environment
