Our family-owned NAPA Auto Parts in Ketchikan Alaska is looking for passionate and hard-working individuals to join our team as a Retail Sales Associate.

Our key to serving the community begins with our Retail Sales Associates showing excellent customer service, positive attitudes, and a willingness to learn. Let us teach you all about our “NAPA Know How”; it’s the reason our customers continue to come back. We depend on our Counter Sales team to exemplify our commitment to quality, and service. We do NOT require extensive knowledge about auto parts; we want those who are eager to learn about all things automotive. If you have automotive experience we will pay you for it!

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING –

• Customer focus as you assist them in their questions and needs
• Helping team members when working with customers
• Using inventory, catalogue, and POS systems
• Learning about the always changing world of automotive
• Pull and prepare inventory orders for customer pick up or delivery
• Maintain a positive and helpful attitude as well as professional conduct
