Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Store Manager to join our team. As an Assistant Store Manager, you will be responsible for supporting the Store Manager in all aspects of store operations, including customer service, sales, inventory management, and team supervision. This is a full-time position with opportunities for career growth.
Duties:
- Assist the Store Manager in overseeing daily store operations
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve any customer issues or concerns
- Supervise and train store staff to ensure they are knowledgeable about products and services
- Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to achieve sales targets
- Assist in inventory management, including receiving, stocking, and organizing merchandise
- Collaborate with the Store Manager to develop and implement effective marketing and promotional initiatives
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Handle cash transactions accurately and securely
Requirements:
- Previous experience as an Assistant Manager or similar role in a retail environment
- Bilingual proficiency (English/Spanish) is preferred
- Strong knowledge of wireless sales and technology products
- Excellent budgeting and negotiation skills
- Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to build strong relationships with customers
- Proven ability to supervise and motivate a team
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
