Childcare Provider with behavior analytical techniques

Duties:

- Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children in your care

- Plan and implement age-appropriate activities and curriculum

- Supervise children during playtime, meals, and naptime

- Maintain a clean and organized classroom environment

- Monitor and address any behavioral issues or conflicts that may arise

- Communicate with parents regarding their child's progress and any concerns

- Ensure the health and safety of all children in your care

-Implement goals and procedures

Qualifications:

- Previous experience working with children, such as babysitting or preschool experience

- Knowledge of childhood development and age-appropriate activities

- Ability to manage a classroom and maintain discipline while fostering a positive learning environment

- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with children, parents, and other staff members

- First aid and CPR certification is preferred but not required
