Job Description: Nantucket Magic, a premier concierge and event planning company, is seeking a dedicated individual to join our team as a Lead Courier and Event Support Specialist. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, excels at customer service, and enjoys a variety of tasks ranging from stocking fridges to setting up and breaking down events. Responsibilities:

• Stocking Fridges: Ensure that our clients' fridges are fully stocked with high-quality items according to their preferences and dietary needs.
• Food Delivery: Safely and promptly deliver food orders to clients' locations, ensuring accuracy and excellent presentation.
• Event Setup and Breakdown: Assist with the setup and breakdown of events, including arranging furniture, decorating, and ensuring that the venue is left in pristine condition.
• Fun Errands for Clients: Fulfill various errands for clients, which may include picking up and delivering items, purchasing gifts, or running miscellaneous errands to enhance their experience.
• Heavy Lifting: Ability to lift and move heavy objects as required during event setup and breakdown.
• Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service at all times, maintaining a positive and professional attitude while interacting with clients and colleagues.

Requirements:

• Detail-Oriented: Ability to pay close attention to detail to ensure all tasks are completed accurately and to the highest standards.
• Hard Worker: Demonstrated ability to work diligently and efficiently, both independently and as part of a team, to meet deadlines and exceed expectations.
• Strong Communication Skills: Clear and effective communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with clients, colleagues, and vendors.
• Physical Fitness: Capable of performing tasks that involve lifting heavy objects and standing for extended periods.
• Flexibility: Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, to accommodate the needs of our clients and events.
• Driver's License: Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Has a working car

Job Type: Seasonal

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
