Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Client Specialist to join our team for the summer season. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality, exceptional organizational skills, and a knack for anticipating and fulfilling our clients' needs. As a Client Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that each client's experience with Nantucket Magic is nothing short of magical.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and execute various client requests, including stocking clients' fridges with groceries, setting up dinner parties, and arranging beach picnics.
• Utilize your event planning expertise to assist in the conceptualization and execution of flawless events, ensuring every detail is meticulously planned and executed.
• Provide exceptional customer service at all times, maintaining a professional and friendly demeanor while interacting with clients and vendors.
• Act as a personal concierge for clients, running errands, making reservations, and catering to their individual preferences and high expectations.
• Work collaboratively with the Nantucket Magic team to ensure seamless communication and coordination of all client requests and events.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in event planning and/or hospitality, with a strong understanding of luxury service standards.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
• Exceptional organizational abilities and attention to detail, capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility and adaptability to meet the evolving needs of clients and handle unexpected situations with grace and professionalism.
• Must be able to work weekends and evenings as needed.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Job Type: Temporary

Pay: $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week

Compensation package:

• Weekends as needed
