Nanovea Inc. is Hiring an INSTRUMENT SALESMEN- KOREAN MARKET Near Irvine, CA
DUTIES INCLUDE:
Respond to and oversee all incoming instrument sale leads.
Maintain communication for instrument purchases.
Travel to tradeshows and promote attendees of the company's instruments and services.
Perform instrument demonstration via video and in-person.
Prepare and send quotes.
Meet and exceed sales target
Communicating internally with client feedback for future product development.
Perform mechanical, tribological, and profilometry testing on provided samples.
Generate instrument sample reports for potential customers.
Provide customers with technical support via phone, e-mail, or in person.
Cover live chat request during working hours.
Perform installation of Nanovea metrology instruments,
Provide operational training for Nanovea metrology instruments
Create and organize technical and sales documentation or videos in Korean for the metrology instruments.
Perform other duties as assigned by manager.
REQUIREMENTS:
Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills in Korean.
Excels in problem-solving.
Ability to travel to Korea up to 25% of the time.
Knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite.
Keen attention to detail and organization.
Excels in critical thinking, dexterity, spatial reasoning, problem-solving and multi-tasking.
Succeeds in self-management.
Work hours from 3pm to 11pm PST Sunday to Thursday (Korea Market) , possibility of some remote work for some of the time/days.
Mainly commission base with no ceiling and good commission percentage on sales of instrument (cost of instruments from $40k to $200k). There is a base salary with this but emphasis will be on commission for sales done.
Able to lift 50 lbs.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Preferred 3– 5 years of related experience in sales and preferably of high tech/advanced instruments or in sales of custom instrumentation requiring good understanding of client’s applications in relation to the product offering.If you are a good salesman, we will train you in any case.
Fluent in Korean & English Languages.
Knowledge of mechanical properties of materials or engineering/science background is a plus. Knowledge of metrology is also a plus.
