Position Overview:

Nanny's & Granny's is seeking a highly experienced (middle aged) and detail-oriented individual for a full-time Hybrid Housekeeper & Nanny position. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience as both a professional private home housekeeper and a nanny, embodying a team player attitude with a “can-do” work ethic. This role is perfect for someone committed to a long-term opportunity within our exceptional team, operating in a business casual environment that upholds the highest standards.

Responsibilities:

• Housekeeping Tasks:
• Ability to split housekeeping tasks such as cleaning and laundry with another staff member.
• Childcare Flexibility:
• Ability to handle child when mother and father are not around
• Personal Qualities:
• Not overbearing, respecting the mother’s hands-on approach with her children.
• Ideally a Nanny who is mature and experienced.
• Capable of multi-tasking and lending a helping hand wherever needed

Qualifications:

• Must be legally able to work for any employer in the United States.
• A minimum of three to five years of related experience in a private residence.
• Availability to work full-time (40 hours a week) with flexibility for overtime, weekends, and holidays.
• Excellent references from previous employers.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal (English).
• Ability to travel, including overnight, consecutive days, and internationally, and reenter the USA.
• Professional, polished, and poised demeanor at all times.
• Utmost sense of confidentiality and discretion.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent communication abilities.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• The ideal candidate should not be overbearing, respecting the mother’s hands-on approach with her children, and should ideally a mature nanny, capable of multi-tasking and lending a helping hand wherever needed.
