Full Time Mandarin Speaking Live-in Nanny/Housekeeper needed for a family with 2 children ages 4 and 1.5 years old. Ideal candidate has prior live-in experience, is flexible, engaging, is an excellent communicator, and a team player. Responsibilities include helping the kids get ready for school, dishes, cooking, laundry, and other housekeeping duties for the children. Then childcare from 2pm to 8pm when the kids return from daycare/school. Breakfast and Dinner also for the adults and occasionally lunch. No driving is required for this position. Cleaning service comes once a week. Being fluent in Mandarin is a must!

• Pay: $30 per hour, $84,500 per year
• Start date: ASAP
• Hours: 6 days per week split shift 6:30am - 9:30am, then 2pm-8pm. 9 hour days.
• Guaranteed 54 hours every week
• Benefits: 2 weeks paid vacation, 2 -4 sick/personal days, major holidays paid and off
• Live-in accommodations: 20x20 private ground-floor room and private bath, furnished living quarters
