We are INTERVIEWING experienced House Managers/Personal Assistants for a part-time (PT) position. A House Manager/PA is needed in The Woodlands area. A Woodlands family is in need of a PT House Manager/PA to help two busy professionals manage their personal and professional lives. The ideal assistant should be experienced (as a House Manager or Personal Assistant) and self-motivated!! A professional who is responsible, respectful, organized, self-motivated, a good communicator and has good time-management skills. She/He should also be an amazing communicator who can multi-task AND be willing to assume house management and administrative/executive duties.

Duties will vary but typically include:

• Providing organizational support
• Managing schedules and arranging appointments
• Event Coordination/Project tracking
• Handling correspondence, conducting research as requested
• Assisting with various day-to-day activities to ensure efficient functioning and time management for the family and home
• Assist with finance/expense tracking

Required Qualifications:

• Experienced House Manager, Executive/Personal Assistant (3 years)
• Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills
• Reliable transportation
• At least 21 years of age
• High school graduate (or equivalent)
