Position Overview:We are actively seeking dynamic and skilled Plumbers to become part of our team and act as representatives of Nandail Property Management. As a valued team member, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional services to our clients and customers in the field. Key Responsibilities:
Help clients on-site with plumbing issues
Working at a client’s site, often at height or in cramped conditions
Preparing cost estimates
Quickly figure out and fix maintenance problems
Testing pipes for leaks
Cutting, welding and assembling pipes, tubes, fittings, and fixtures
Inspecting and testing plumbing systems for safety, functionality, and code compliance
Perform routine maintenance activities to guarantee the optimal functionality and performance of equipment
Install, repair and maintain pipes, fixtures and other plumbing equipment used for water distribution and wastewater disposal
Installing hot and cold water, sanitation and drainage
Setting up rainwater harvesters and lead soakers
Installing central heating systems and domestic fuel-burning appliances using gas, oil or solid fuel
Designing water and heating systems
Cutting and joining pipes and fittings
Create records of materials used
Responding to emergency call-outs such as floods or boiler breakdowns
Requirements:
Valid plumbing license
Own transportation and valid driver's license and willingness to travel to client sites
Good working knowledge of water supply, heating, and ventilation systems
Proficiency in reading blueprints and using plumbing tools
