We are hiring independent maintenance technicians. Once hired, technicians will be contacted only when there is a work order near their location. This streamlined approach ensures efficient response times and optimal service delivery.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough property inspections to identify maintenance issues.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose problems related to Plumbing, Electrical Systems, HVAC, and General Repairs.
- Document findings during inspections by taking clear photographs of the site and the specific issues.
- Provide a detailed budget estimate for necessary repairs or replacements.
- Offer clear instructions on how to resolve the identified issues effectively.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Reliable transportation.
- Licensed technicians will have priority and may receive additional job opportunities and competitive compensation.
