Job Summary:
ADM is looking for a Computer Security Systems Specialist (Intermediate) to work in Alexandria, VA. The Computer Security Systems Specialist (Intermediate) will provide cybersecurity program services to the OIG Authorizing Official (AO) and Information System Security Manager (ISSM).
Job Responsibilities:
Provide information assurance for all DoD OIG networks to ensure confidentiality, integrity, and availability of DoD OIG’s systems and data.
Provide resources, consultation, and assist with the creation, documentation on cloud computing technologies with a focus on cybersecurity.
Maintain an in-depth awareness of next generation cloud technologies and the impact they may have on DoD OIG's environment.
Provide firewall monitoring and management services in compliance with Dod OIG's policies and standards by doing the following:
Responsible for recommending best practice for secure web gateway policies, maintenance, and optimization.
Responsible for recommending best practice for Antivirus/Malware service policies, maintenance, and optimization.
Provide DoD OIG with managing end user identity and access management.
Conduct support infrastructure (asset baseline, Host Intrusion) protection and security threats, incidents or events, malicious and rogue monitoring.
Manage SIEM tools, conduct data correlation, and report analysis regarding OIG IA sensors and capabilities.
Log, report, and classify security incidents to OIG.
Minimum Qualifications:
Active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility.
Bachelor's degree with ten to fifteen years of relevant experience.
IATII level Certification such as Security or Security CE is required; IAMIII level certification is preferred.
