Full Time Associate Dentist - 30 % of adjusted production plus partnership opportunity!

Nampa Smiles is a highly reviewed, state of the art dental practice located in Nampa, ID.

Our office is built for an energetic doctor who seeks to do all facets of general dentistry. The practice is set up with a Cone Beam and Itero to facilitate Implants, Endodontics, and Invisalign. If you are well versed in these procedures you will be very successful from day one. If you are wanting to get into these areas we will train and mentor you to get your skills and confidence up to speed rapidly.

This is a fantastic opportunity, the schedule is already built out and our team is highly skilled and love what they do!

Compensation is negotiable. But our doctor will receive:

  • Daily Guarantee for first 6 months
  • 30% of adjusted production (previous doctor made an average of $360k/year working five days a week)
  • 3, 4 or 5 day work week - you decide
  • Health Insurance
  • 401k

Associate Dentist Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Doctor of dental surgery (DDS) or Doctor of dental medicine (DMD) degree
  • Active OR State Dental License
  • Complies with all office, local, state, and American Dental Association regulations, protocols, and procedures
  • Experience with general dental procedures is required.
  • Experience with Endo procedures is a HUGE plus!
  • Ambitious, caring, and outgoing.
  • 3 to 5 years of experience is preferred.
