Job Overview:
At Nameless Saloon, we have Live Music, Pickle Ball, Cornhole, Ping Pong, trash can beer pong 2 bars and a huge playground. We are getting very busy as summer rolls in. We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender and barback to join our team. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and creating a memorable experience for our guests. You will prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages while maintaining a clean and organized bar area. As a Barback, we need someone willing to work outside in the heat, be prepared for busy days and hard work.

Duties:
- Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Take drink orders and serve beverages promptly
- Prepare cocktails, mixed drinks, and specialty drinks according to recipes
- Ensure accurate cash handling and process payments using a cash register or POS system
- Maintain cleanliness of the bar area, including restocking supplies and cleaning glasses
- Engage with customers, answer questions about drink options, and make recommendations
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Monitor alcohol consumption and ensure responsible serving practices
- Collaborate with other team members to provide excellent customer service

Skills:
- Strong knowledge of food service, including drink preparation techniques and garnishing
- Proficient in basic math skills for cash handling and calculating drink prices
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage with customers in a friendly manner
- Sales-oriented mindset to upsell drink options and promote specials
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper handling of food items
- Familiarity with the beverage industry, including different types of alcohol, mixers, and glassware

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Bartender preferred but not required
- Must be at least 21 years old (or legal drinking age in your location)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong communication skills to interact with customers and team members effectively
