Requirements

• HS diploma required
• Hunter mentality with a can-do attitude
• Previous experience in retail, customer service, or other related fields desirable
• Strong communication skills and customer focus
• Ability to work varied hours/days as business dictates, including early morning, night and weekend shifts
• Ability to lift, push or pull over 45 lbs

Key Activities/Responsibilities

• Drive sales through engaging customers
• Use Namco’s core values and principles to deliver a positive, friendly and pleasant experience while exceeding our customers’ expectations
• Assist in the training of our seasonal sales personnel and help inspire them to create a fun and respectful environment
• Ensure proper resolution on all customer complaints and other opportunities
• Other Duties as assigned

Job Types: Part-time, Seasonal

Pay: $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 25 per week
