Retail leader is looking for an operationally strong Keyholder with a focus on all aspects of store performance and customer care.

Keyholder / Sales Associate Activities/Responsibilities

• Drive sales through engaging both customers and associates
• Ensure that every associate uses our core values and principles to deliver a positive, friendly and pleasant experience while exceeding our customers’ expectations
• Train, develop and inspire employees to create a fun and respectful environment
• Drive store cleanliness, signing, pricing, fully stocked shelves, floor plans, merchandising plans, professional appearance of our team and how we greet our customers
• Act as a coach and resource to each store employee to help inspire the success of the store
• Ensure that all associates are trained in salesmanship, product knowledge and customer service
• Support a strong commitment to world class customer service through the use of excellent service skills by all associates
• Execute proper staffing of store based on customer shopping patterns, daily sales and customer service requirements
• Ensure proper resolution on all associate complaints and other opportunities
• Other Duties as assigned

Keyholder / Sales Associate Education, Experience and Skillset

• HS diploma required
• Experience in driving sales and achieving sales goals
• Retail management experience
• Proven leadership skills, including mentoring, coaching and people management skills
• Excellent problem-solving and organizational abilities
• Strong communication skills and customer focus
• Ability to work varied hours/days as business dictates, including early morning, night and weekend shifts and hours in excess of 10hrs/day
• Proficient in MS Office and other software
• Ability to lift, push or pull over 45 lbs

Job Types: Full-time, Temporary

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week

Weekly day range:

• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

• Supervising Experience: 1 year (Preferred)
• Customer Service: 1 year (Preferred)
