Responsibilities:
- Provide personal care assistance to residents, including bathing, grooming, and dressing
- Assist with mobility and transfers, using proper lifting techniques
- Administer medication according to prescribed schedules and document accurately
- Monitor residents' health and report any changes or concerns to the nurse
- Support residents in maintaining their independence and respecting their rights
- Follow HIPAA guidelines to ensure resident privacy and confidentiality
- Utilize behavior management techniques to promote a positive and safe environment

Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a caregiver or in a similar role is preferred
- Knowledge of resident rights and understanding of systems for reporting concerns
- Ability to administer medication under the supervision of a nurse
- First aid certification is a plus
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to perform heavy lifting as needed
