The C2C Engineer will plan, design, deploy, and continue to support a mission critical project for the Cisco Identity Services Engine (ISE) and Armis Agentless Devices Security Platform. The ideal candidate would be well versed in Cisco security platforms with an understanding of networking concepts along with strong customer service skills. Experience with Cisco ISE is imperative. The ideal candidate will have experience with SolarWinds, TCPDump, Wireshark, and be able to analyze network traffic and submit written/verbal status reports as requested. The Engineer will adhere to change management policies that facilitate a stable, well-documented network infrastructure that meets organizational requirements. This includes the creation, submission, review, and representation of complex changes in periodic change management meetings. The Engineer will understand large-scale LAN/WANs and associated technologies (i.e., monitoring, security, network automation) as they relate to providing a secure, reliable, fault-tolerant network.

Deployment and continued support of enterprise network infrastructure systems in the areas of Route/Switch, Security, and Wireless technologies. Technologies utilized by the C2C Engineer include: Multiple Switch vendors, Juniper, Ruckus, Aruba, Cisco switches, Palo Alto Firewall, and Panorama.
• Preforming maintenance and sustainment of all Cisco ISE NAC components to ensure performance, stability, and availability conforming to established service level agreements.
• Providing administration and technical support for Cisco ISE servers.
• Delivering timely and responsive technical support of all ISE components to address service degradations, interruptions, or other such impactful events in accordance with established service level agreements.
• Attending planning sessions to understand business and technical requirements.
• Recommending cost effective, technically feasible network solutions that meet initial capacity requirements, provide long-term scalability, and anticipate future growth and performance needs.
• Documenting projects, support actions, and other administrative artifacts to serve as reference material for related support activities and management staff.
• Ensuring incidents and service requests adhere to established service level agreements.

• Experience with implementation, sustainment, maintenance, and administration of the Cisco ISE NAC solution.
• Experience designing, deploying, and tuning the Armis Security Solution.
• Experience with Cisco Firepower ASR/ISR/CSR/ASA and Unified Communications Management appliance.
• Experience with Palo Alto Next Generation firewalls.
• Experience troubleshooting and resolving issues affecting the overall performance, stability, and availability of the LAN switching architecture.
• Knowledge of related cloud technologies on which Armis depends including but not limited to containers, Kubernetes, RESTful API, and microservices.
• Should be capable of organizing, tracking, and managing multiple project deadlines.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to work cooperatively in a multi-functional team environment in relation to the deployment and support of the physical/virtual network infrastructure, which includes technologies such as VMWare, Linux, Windows Server, physical servers, and enterprise storage arrays.

Education and Experience: This position requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and 6-9 years of direct hands-on experience designing, deploying, and tuning the NAC solution of 10,000 end points.

Certifications:

IAT Level II

• Security Certification (CCNA Security, CySA , GICSP, GSEC, Security CE, or SCCP)
• Cisco OS Certification

Clearance: This position requires an active Secret security clearance. Must be a U.S. citizen.
