We are looking to hire a full-time Armed Security Officer. This would be ideal for someone who is retired or looking to pick up sporadic work. Work locations include Novi and Detroit, however other locations may also occur.
- Secure premises and personnel by patrolling property
- Prevent losses and damage by reporting irregularities
- Maintain organization's stability and reputation by complying with legal requirements
- Ability to work in a team or individually
- Ensure the security, safety and well-being of all personnel, visitors and the premises
- Provide excellent customer service
- Adhere to all company service and operating standards
- Remain in compliance with local, state and federal regulations
- Respond to emergencies to provide necessary assistance to employees and customers
- Must be able to stand/sit for long periods of time
- Must be able to pick up things more than 30 pounds
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour
Education:
- High school or equivalent (Preferred)
Experience:
- Security: 1 year (Preferred)
License/Certification:
- Driver's License (Required)
- CPL (Concealed Pistol License) (Required)
