Field Supervisors play a crucial role in Naddour’s business, including construction. As a Field Supervisor for an ornamental balcony and staircase installation crew, your primary responsibility is to oversee and manage the operations and employees at specific field sites. You’ll ensure that work is completed efficiently, safely, and to the satisfaction of clients.

Duties and Responsibilities

As a Field Supervisor, you’ll have the following key responsibilities:

• Oversee and Manage Field Staff:
• Supervise field staff, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure work is completed on time and within budget.
• Inspect and review the work done by the team to guarantee it meets quality, safety, and compliance standards1.
• Daily Reporting and Communication:
• Provide daily reports to higher management about progress, issues, and proposed solutions.
• Coordinate with project managers and other stakeholders to ensure that all tasks are understood and carried out correctly.
• Training and Mentorship:
• Train and mentor field staff, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to complete their tasks.
• Resource Management:
• Manage resources effectively, ensuring that all necessary materials and equipment are available when needed.
• Issue Resolution:
• Resolve any field issues or disputes that arise, implementing corrective actions when necessary.
• Safety Enforcement:
• Enforce safety rules and regulations to prevent accidents and protect the health of workers.
