The Academy Instructor primarily works on-site from our headquarters in Tysons, VA, Monday through Friday, with some flexibility for occasional remote work. Duties may require occasional travel, up to 20% of the time.

The key responsibilities of the Academy Instructor include:

• Engage with various Dealership Operations departments and their leadership to facilitate effective communication and collaboration.
• Develop and deliver instructor-led training sessions, including in-person and live online classes, webinars, and workshops, ensuring adult learning principles are applied.
• Utilize instructional design methodologies to create detailed lesson plans and instructional materials, fostering practical application of knowledge.
• Stay updated on industry trends and maintain expertise through self-development and dealership consultations.
• Recruit participants for our programs and contribute to ongoing program enhancements and curriculum development.

Required Job Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and a minimum of 10 years of experience, OR equivalent amount of relevant training or experience required.
• Strong presentation skills and demonstrated experience in developing and delivering training programs.
• Proficiency in automotive dealership operations; familiarity with digital marketing and technology is preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, adaptable to diverse audiences.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and adept at learning new technologies.
• Financial management or automotive accounting background preferred.
