Position Purpose:
The RN Program Manager for the Maternal Program serves as an advocate for the patients and the patient's families as related to the maternal program, promoting safety and best practices. The RN Program Manager will provide assistance and care for our patients, supervising nursing staff as related to the needs of the maternal program. He/she will offer guidance, education and support, act as a resource for all members of the healthcare team and ensure that all operational tasks are completed efficiently and on time. the RN Maternal Program Manager functions under his or her own license and assumes accountability and responsibility for the quality of care provided to patients and their families according to the standards of nursing practice as specified to the program. This position may take patients and/or Charge Nurse assignments as needed.

Qualifications:
- Texas Registered Nurse License in good standing (required).
- Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English (required).
- Minimum of 2 years of L&D experience (required).
- AHA BLS (CPR) certification (required).
- NRP certification (required).
- AHA ACLS certification (required).
