Job Summary:

We are seeking a friendly and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Associate / Cashier. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, handling cash transactions, and assisting with various retail tasks. Responsibilities:

- Greet customers and provide them with a positive shopping experience

- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using a cash register

- Handle cash, credit, and debit card payments

- Assist customers in locating products and making purchasing decisions

- Upsell additional products or services to enhance the customer's experience

- Perform product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the checkout area

- Stock shelves and merchandise displays as needed

- Answer customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a professional manner

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work well in a team environment

- Basic math skills for cash handling purposes

- Knowledge of electronic products is a plus

- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
