Start your Voyage – Apply Now Profile Summary: Client Relationship Consultant will have close interaction with Operations team, Sales, Advisors and Broker Dealers working closely on daily processing and questions/research/attention items through automated workflow system (task manager/client workflow) Profile Description: Provides support to Financial Advisors, their Broker Dealers and internal business partners on the application setup processes, up to and including installation. Supports new case implementation to ensure timeliness and accuracy standards are met. Reports and trends good order submission data in total and by Broker Dealer. Works in partnership with the Broker Dealers on good order issues to ensure timeliness and accuracy in account setup processes for our customers. Able to handle duties associated with assigned cases, such as following up on outstanding requirements, including vendor and underwriting requirements, and proactively builds case file on the basis of information provided. Works to ensure that state and federal regulations, as well as company established service level agreements are met. Researches identified account issues or problems, assisting in resolving issues related to specific situations and recommends solutions/improvements. Sees issue through to resolution with advisor and closes the communication loop with internal business partners. Handles escalations that flow through the Customer Service and Sales teams for special handling. Partners regularly with the sales channel and financial advisors on status of pending sales. Provides technical advice to other new business associates. Ensures incoming work is assigned to Case Managers by region Assists in resolving DST and DTCC issues Maintains application content and format with fund closures and other disclosure requirements changing. Works with Firelight and Quick applications to support online access. Other duties as assigned. Knowledge & Experience: High School Diploma or GED 1-2 years customer service/ phone experience Strong verbal and written communication skills 1-2 years IRA financial Service and new business experience Solid interpersonal skills Demonstrated problem solving skills Strong organizational and time management skills MS Office with strong Excel knowledge Strong organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills Strong communication skills Strong Time Management skills Independent self-starter who thinks proactively. FINRA SIE and Series 6 .LI-NV1 LI-Remote Compensation Pay Disclosure: Voya is committed to pay that’s fair and equitable, which means comparable pay for comparable roles and responsibilities. The below annual base salary range reflects the expected hiring range(s) for this position in the location(s) listed. In addition to base salary, Voya offers incentive opportunities (i.e., annual cash incentives, sales incentives, and/or long-term incentives) based on the role to reward the achievement of annual performance objectives. Please note that this salary information is solely for candidates hired to perform work within one of these locations, and refers to the amount Voya Financial is willing to pay at the time of this posting. Actual compensation offered may vary from the posted salary range based upon the candidate’s geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level and will be finalized at the time of offer.
