N4 Solutions is Hiring a Senior Advisor to the Chief of Staff Near Bethesda, MD
N4 Solutions, LLC is seeking a Senior Advisor to the Chief of Staff to support the Chief Executive Officer. This position is contingent upon passing a government suitability test.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Creates project in designated project management software and ensure all necessary staff have access
- Serve as coordinator for novel or emerging cross-divisional efforts; develop and pilot strategies, refine processes, and hand off coordination to appropriate new leads
- Coordinate cross-division program reporting, including division weekly reports and program reports
- Identify and recommend project management professional development opportunities for other project managers and project support staff
- Establish, cultivate, and drive strategic relationships on key efforts and with peer offices across Health and Human Services (HHS)
- Support timelines for Chief Executive and reports’ performance management submissions, including annual goals, mid-year and end-of-year summaries, and development and maintenance to streamline this process
- Assist project owners manage financial aspects of project to include monitoring budget, projecting future spending and completing appropriate financial requests and accounting documentation
- Research new trends in project management and related project management software and applications to improve project management efficiency
- Bachelor’s degree in political science and government paired with three plus years of applicable experience
- A certified Administrative Professional
- Experience with MS Office
- U.S. Citizenship required
